Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me, a sinner. This was the theme for the Annual Seminar for the employees and volunteers of Radju Marija Malta who gathered at Mount St Joseph on Saturday, 31st January 2026. The Seminar began with a mass celebrated by Fr Antoine Borg, Director of Radju Marija Malta and animated by the Curmi Cassar family.

This was followed by a very interesting talk by Rev. Papas Martin Zammit of the Greek (Byzantine) Rite Catholic Church. He spoke about the Prayer: Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me, a sinner. This is a prayer very dear to the hearts of Greek Rite Catholics. The four elements of this prayer are mercy, discipline, silence and veneration. Rev. Zammit explained the beauty of this prayer and the way it should be prayed while quoting from several saints of the Eastern Churches including St Isaac of Syria, St John of Gaza and St Porphyrios.

The seminar ended with a meal which also served as a beautiful moment of fraternity.
